The location was really good, the breakfast buffet was sensational, and the sauna area and swimming pools were very clean, but the Wi‑Fi in the room (especially in the bedroom in the 400s) was sometimes missing—though that’s a luxury issue.

The hotel sits in a great spot in Bad Lauterberg, right in the town centre, and the breakfast spread is huge. My room was pretty spacious, came with a balcony, and the bar was excellent, staying open for a long time, while the restaurant looked inviting. The only downside was that the bottled water, which is now almost free everywhere, cost 7.5 € here, even though it was chilled. The menu at the restaurant seemed like it was meant to impress but didn’t quite hit the mark; I only dined there one evening.

Sehr gute Lage im Zentrum der Stadt, am Kurpark und unmittelbar neben der Oder, ideal zum Wandern entlang des Flusses. Schöner Wellness Bereich mit Schwimmbad und verschiedenen Saunen, reichhaltiges Frühstück und sehr gute Cocktails an der Bar oder in der gemütlichen Lounge

The swimming pool, spa, rooms, and breakfast are all excellent, making it a really nice hotel for a small group of motorcyclists. The evening chicken dish was pink and the chef insisted that was normal (“cooked rare!”). They offered an alternative meal, but we ended up eating elsewhere for the rest of our stay, and there are plenty of nearby options within easy walking distance in Bad Lauterberg.
