Everything was excellent, comfortable, with great service and parking; everything matched what was promised.

The staff are outstanding, always eager to help guests and solve concerns, making a real difference at this hotel. However, over the weekend the team seemed overworked, especially maintenance, and the elevator had some issues or required checks in the room; they offered to change rooms as an alternative solution.
