A cozy spot, close to the city center and easy to get to, with very friendly and helpful staff. The area is quiet and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. We ran into a mix‑up when we were handed our room, which delayed our check‑in, but they sorted it out a few hours later. Thanks!

We started off with no water flow in the shower and hot water only a few times; when we asked staff for help they said there was nothing to do and that this is how the hotel works, and then they removed the shower. Also, the beds were hard to the point where you couldn't sleep without leaving with back pain. The staff and manager were dismissive, and the worst part was that the cleaners stole our money and the hotel denied it in every way. Stay away!
