The front‑desk staff were awful, the whole hotel smelled like heavy cigarette smoke, and the lift was a nightmare.
Cleaning and services were solid, but the location was not great.
It's a good place to stay
The staff were very good and the rooms were clean and nice.
“terrible”
The hotel was overrated, the food was stale and old, and they charged for food that wasn’t fresh; services were just okay. Fresh, proper food should start being served, unnecessary rules should be removed, and cleanliness was a major issue—staff used the same water from the washroom to clean cups and mugs.
