The spot’s spot on for getting around Pattaya, but the staff could use a bit more friendliness; a simple smile would have made the stay feel more welcoming, and I didn’t notice much effort to connect with guests.

Near to the beach. Ugly old worn Out room. First room No fridge. In hot Thailand. Very small room for a lot of Money. Paid Money is gone in every Case. In the reception one Woman absolutely unfriendly. She should not work in customer service. Second room after pay for Upgrade, bigger Windows, but no good view. Picture, aircondition on or Off and no remote Controller. Toiletteries ? 2 pieces small soap - Finish ! Of course no Coffee cups. Even no hair dryer. Absolutely bad WIFI. And Lobby ? 5 dirty chairs - nothing else. Garden ? I could not find. There is no Garden. Whole Hotel maintenance ? See Picture
