The view of the Peña is just exceptional. The staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast attention and quality were very good. The TV and cable service were poor. Security box did not work. Some in room services like coffee, cups and water, were not excellent

The view was beautiful, the décor charming, everything clean and well maintained. The lack of service was frustrating; no one offered to help us carry our luggage from reception to the room, and the walk was difficult. The bed was small and hard, so we had to request extra pillows, which arrived only after a second request. Breakfast was poor with no alternatives. At check‑out, nobody said goodbye or helped us with our luggage to the car; we were just told via WhatsApp that everything was fine and we could leave, which is disappointing for a hotel that isn’t cheap.

The place is beautiful and very cozy, the view is divine, and the location is excellent. I have no complaints at all!
