“Great hotel”

We loved the hotel! The room offered plenty of space, the bed was comfortable, they put coffee in the room, and there’s a water dispenser in the lobby. It’s just a few blocks from Union Square. We were initially concerned about the area, but walking around at night felt safe.

“Per nostra fortuna,non ci torneremo”

I stayed near Union Square, just a 5‑minute walk, but the heating issues cost us a lot of time and were only partly fixed with makeshift solutions. A light fixture above the bed turned on by itself in the middle of the night. The rooms and breakfast area were somewhat dirty, and the rooms weren’t sound‑proofed. The shower head was loose and you had to bend over to get a decent shower. Windows didn’t seal properly at all. Breakfast was listed as included in the booking, but only partially provided; drinks and even second or third courses had to be paid for separately.

“It’s a no”

Requested an early check-in and they could not provide which is understandable that’s not anyone’s fault. Whoever they did tell us that we would be able to get in slightly early at 2:30. We stored our bags with them and came back to the hotel early so that way we can check in at 2:30 and room was not available. I still wasn’t too upset until it was 3 o’clock and everyone was trying to check in and they were telling everyone that there would not be a room available for at least another hour. The lime was long and staff was slow to move along. When we finally did get a room after they kept saying they had none clean, the room itself was still dirty. We were never given the right amount of towels for our group even upon request (both coming down to the front desk and going physically to the front desk) the place was dirty. Elevator was broken. We had to walk up to the sixth floor. would not stay again
