Rooms are not clean and we have placed order 3 bed room they have given 2 bed room, room size small ,pictures shown in app and real are entirely different

The location was fine, but everything else was lacking.

The exterior looked okay at first, but the room and bathroom were filthy, the AC barely worked, and every morning the power was cut off, making it unbearable in Chennai’s heat; the entrance was flooded with drainage water and the staff behaved poorly.
