“Gorgeous hotel, great location, winery with wine tasting”

The hotel was gorgeous, located in a fantastic spot. It was small and historic, yet the staff were amazingly helpful and warm. I recommend the hotel tour and wine tasting; I'm so glad we stayed there. I highly recommend it—don’t miss out!

The service was reliable. My friend's room was very small and noisy, with heat that was not bearable. The road noise was constant.

“All in all, a unique boutique stay with excellent food and music!”

The location, ambience, and breakfast with live music were all exceptional. It was a bit difficult to get there because of stopping cabs and moving suitcases from the road onto the hotel landing.

The hotel is beautiful, the bed is comfortable, and the décor and tableware are atmospheric. The luxury room has a bidet in the bathroom. The staff were rude and unfriendly, and the jacuzzi in the luxury room didn’t work. When we asked why it wasn’t working and if they could fix it, the reception gave a vague excuse like “I don’t know how to turn it on.” The small creams in the large bathtub were left open and not replaced, so if you want to use them you’ll have to open any jar and find a half‑dried cream on the edges. There was also little shower gel and conditioner; we arrived at night and the two people didn’t have enough (the bottles were attached to the wall). We ended up washing with hand soap. We asked them to add more gel and conditioner, but they didn’t do it at night; they promised the next day but again didn’t add it until we came back and asked again. In the luxury room the lighting was poor, so if you want to film you’ll need extra lights.

The room was beautiful, we liked the breakfast, and the staff were attentive and helpful. The lack of an elevator is something to consider.
