The structure was wonderful, but I had to go back home.
The apartment was wonderful, very clean, close to the pool with easy access. The restaurant was great with excellent prices, and it’s definitely worth it to relax with family.
The accommodation and water park were excellent, and everything was perfect.
“Uma decepção horrível que nunca mais vai se repetir.”
The reception and restaurant staff really saved my stay; without them it would have been a zero in everything. However, everything else was handled by the “owners” of the room, since the property isn’t managed by the hotel chain but by owners who aren’t on site; they didn’t respond, it took a long time to get the key code to enter the room and the internet password, the place was semi‑clean with a moldy sofa and towels that looked somewhat used, and I will never return.
