“Comfortable, relaxing with great service and amazing views.”
Travelled with my 2 daughters from UK for a Girlie long weekend. Room was perfect for us, 2 double beds, great bathroom and fabulous view. It's a big YES from us!. I cannot think of anything that I disliked
We had two rooms under one reservation, yet the rooms were in separate buildings, which was inconvenient. It wasn’t clear at booking that some first‑floor rooms required stairs; we later discovered there’s a ground‑floor option that would have suited us better. Clarifying the room descriptions would help future guests.

The place itself looks nice and is in a good spot, but we booked a Garden View room and ended up in a Marina View room that the hotel called an “upgrade,” even though it wasn’t what we wanted or booked. The air‑conditioning was extremely noisy and the problem stayed unresolved until 11 p.m. The Front Desk staff apologized repeatedly but offered no real solution, relocation, or useful help while we were there with two kids and a newborn.
