I stayed at a beautiful spot, though it was really pricey for what it offered. The place was super quiet and only about a 7‑minute drive from the Nord station. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The downside was that there were no wardrobes and nothing could be hung up. A larger sofa and a small table in the living area would have been nice.

The place was a great starting point for exploring Amsterdam by public transport. It’s located on a canal, and there’s parking right on the premises. Check‑in and check‑out were hassle‑free, and communication with the hosts was very good.

The location was spot‑on and the parking was great. The apartment came fully equipped with dishes, pots, an air fryer, a toaster and a kettle for hot water. The only issue was that there was no soap or shampoo in the shower, which seemed like an oversight. Overall, the place was perfect and the view was incredible.

“Heerlijk bijkomen aan het water en van alle comfort voorzien”

The interior was really well decorated. I loved how the bed was set up, waking up with a view over the fields was fantastic. The glass floor was a cool touch, and the shower was incredibly refreshing. I also enjoyed the outdoor seating by the water; it was a nice break from the busy road near Amsterdam‑Volendam. Inside the cottage, there was no noise at all, so I slept wonderfully. The only thing I missed was a large mirror (a “woman thingie” 😉).

“Heerlijke plek vlakbij de stad”

The location was lovely and quiet. Nothing else to note, maybe a soap in the shower would have been a nice addition.
