Very comfortable dual queen room (small room) with mini fridge. Desk and one chair. No hair dryer. Lots of traffic after 6:00 am. Lick and a promise cleaning. Staff were helpful and professional. Smaller absorbent towels, with low water flow shower

The front desk folks were genuinely friendly, which made a good first impression. Unfortunately the room we were given, advertised as non‑smoking, smelled like cigarettes, and the security guard at the entrance gave us an uneasy feeling. The décor also looks like it could use a refresh.

After a long drive from Cranberry Portage and a tiring wake, we were stuck at the front desk for about an hour before finally getting our keys, even though all they needed was our ID. The whole process felt unnecessarily drawn out for such a simple check‑in.
