“Ξενοδοχείο λίγο έξω απ την πόλη!”

Nice hotel, a bit outside the city of Thessaloniki. We couldn’t get breakfast because of the 9:00‑11:00 schedule and had to leave earlier; they gave us a sandwich because they couldn’t serve us earlier. The pool in September was green, possibly already had algae, a sad image from the balconies. Cleanliness was below average, old furnishings gave the impression of being used; windows in the bedroom were dirty, the sofa was very dirty, meaning the electric vacuum didn’t work in the area. I’m very sorry because the pictures show a boutique hotel, but the organization was not up to par. I hold a reservation due to the season.

We especially liked the house’s style, friendly staff, Turkish breakfast, and parking right at the accommodation. We were disappointed that the pool was currently tilted from blue to green and not inviting for swimming, though they were working to fix it. The first room (306) had a few small issues: not enough towel holders, a loose toilet seat, a wobbly power strip that caused the electricity to cut out and no Wi‑Fi for streaming on the TV. They offered us another room immediately, which was flawless and we felt very comfortable there.

The hotel was beautifully decorated, peaceful, and the staff were super amazing and welcoming 🙏 They were all very helpful and smiling all the time. The breakfast was amazing. Malak was very friendly and treated us so kindly. We loved our short stay and will come back next summer. Nothing really, everything was great.

The grounds were lovely and the rooms were nice; the staff were amazing. Nothing else to add.
