The stay in Varanasi was absolutely amazing! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, picking us up, guiding us throughout, and even dropping us off for the Ganga Aarti. They genuinely went above and beyond to make everything easy for us. The property itself was beautiful, with an amazing view of the Ganga. Wonderful hospitality and a truly memorable experience!

The location by the ghats and river is great, but the floor in the room could use a cleaner touch and the furnishings could be better. Also, the toilet paper was lacking.

The hotel sits down a quiet lane right on the river, offering great views and an easy walk to other areas. We stayed in a large room with a sitting area and balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was interesting to see the Ganges in flood.

The staff were amazing and friendly, always ready to help and accommodate—especially Gaurav, who was a highlight, offering advice, stories of the different seasons, and just being happy to chat. The mattress in my room was too soft, leaving my back in rough shape after a few days.
