There’s no better spot for Honolulu than this place. The kiddie pool is a dream for the kids.

Staying in the heart of Waikiki made getting anywhere a breeze, and the pool‑side cabana was fantastic, especially the garlic shrimp which was out of this world, while the view from the room was spectacular, although the room itself was cramped and the décor very plain.

The hotel’s location is great and some of the staff were helpful. I asked for a quiet room but didn’t receive one; the noise from other rooms’ doors slamming was loud, and there was basically no soundproofing. They’re also moving the pool bar to a worse spot—what a crazy decision!
