The location is exceptional, just a short walk from Piazza Maggiore. The welcome was courteous and clear about the services, and the room was very spacious. Check‑in can be done independently with a code. The ceiling was a bit noisy, so the footsteps of guests on the floor above could be heard, but it didn't cause any real disturbance.

The location was great and the staff responded promptly via email. The room and the whole hotel were decorated with unique art, giving a very cool aesthetic. However, overall the place didn’t offer good value for the price. The shower door was basically broken, the sheets had hair from a previous guest when we arrived, and the space wasn’t very functional.

The apartment was in a very good location with a smooth check‑in. It was spotless, nicely decorated, and we had access to a large shared kitchen fully equipped. The air‑conditioning worked well and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Since the room had no table, the host lent us one for the duration of our stay. We could leave luggage after check‑out. Unfortunately there were no bedside drawers. The windows had to stay closed because outside there was loud noise from the ventilation system.

The location was good. There were a few minor inconveniences that were manageable: the bidet was leaking and the shower was cold due to a boiler issue.
