“Rundum perfekter Aufenthalt mit herausragendem Service, erstklassigem Komfort und Top-Lage!”
The service and flexibility were outstanding: even before arrival, the communication was excellent. When my train was delayed, I was immediately told that they were waiting for me, making the whole thing stress‑free. Every staff member was consistently professional, attentive, and friendly, and they actively checked on our satisfaction. Because we wanted to sleep in, the hotel offered a quick and hassle‑free upgrade to a quieter, beautiful suite. It was spotless, spacious (two rooms, separate bathroom and WC), and fully equipped. The large box‑spring bed was incredibly comfortable, and the separate living room with sofa and big TV provided plenty of relaxation space. As a thoughtful touch, the hotel even provided a complimentary bottle of water. The location is unbeatable—absolutely central, everything within walking distance, yet still wonderfully quiet. On the ground floor, there are handy snack and drink vending machines for a quick bite or drink. There was absolutely nothing to complain about. Since we are heavy sleepers, we were worried the first room might be too close to the breakfast area, but the team immediately responded proactively and offered us a perfect, quiet alternative. It couldn’t get any better!
