The apartment had a gorgeous balcony overlooking the mountains, spacious rooms, and a well-equipped kitchen/living area. It was clean and fresh, and the two bathrooms were a big plus for four adults. It sits centrally, within walking distance of the main street with restaurants and shops. The garage fee was a bit high, the mattresses felt somewhat firm—good to consider if you have back issues—and the hall lacked a small desk or bench for keys, glasses, or a phone.

The place was clean, quiet, and the balconies offered beautiful views. It was right next to the train station, and the staff were kind and accommodating, making for a wonderful stay. No complaints.

“Séjour raté”

The location and the apartment itself were very pretty, and the receptionist was kind and spoke a bit of French and Spanish. We had booked three nights, and upon arrival we inspected the beds and found a lot of dirt under the mattress that looked like bed‑bug droppings, plus a small blood stain that seemed like a crushed insect. We asked the receptionist to check it out; she listened but didn’t seem to understand why we were looking under the mattress and appeared unfamiliar with bed bugs. She called the cleaning manager from our room, who was very upset on the phone, as if we were accusing her of inspecting the mattress. No alternative room was offered, so we left the property. We requested a refund for two nights, which was denied. Additionally, the reception was chaotic due to staff shortages, although the receptionist was friendly and understanding.

“Nice trip with family”

The apartment was clean, had elevators, security, and safety, and was spacious. Its location was special, with a rare elevator in Europe. Parking required a deposit fee, and we had to remove the bed linens to return them. There was no bidet, no toilet, no AC, and we didn’t need AC in September. The parking deposit was refunded after we filled out a check‑list and confirmed everything. The apartment was clean, and the bed covers were removed.

“We paid more for the overall stay. Expensive,we could get better location and place with same amount”

The hotel building was close to the train station, but it is far from Interlaken, so its prices are almost the same as hotels in Interlaken, making it expensive because of its location. It shouldn’t be called a resort; the complex has six buildings but only two washing machines for guests. You must book machine use and buy washing cubes from them, and access is controlled by staff on split shifts. We were given one fan for a three‑room flat we rented for 12 days, which was hard to manage during July’s heat. There was no AC even in the reception area.
