Very respectable hotel, high class. Good bed. Wonderful view of the city. Even though the station is close, sleeping was good. Excellent kitchen with everything needed, washing machine, shop right downstairs. The breakfast selection isn’t very large, but it had everything I needed.

Very convenient to have a small kitchenette in the room as it helps for making tea/coffee and storing the eatables. I think everything was okay.

Well equipped, great location, good food, lovely resident’s lounge area. Appreciated having the washing machine and dishwasher. The apartment was spacious with a good layout. All the staff were very helpful and went out of their way to assist. There was nothing we didn’t like.

Very central location. 100m from Tokyo station. Room is very spacious and lots of storage, with large well equipped kitchen. Includes AIO washing machine and drier. Appliances were equipped with english instructions which made using them a breeze. All rooms are level 8 and above, so well away from the noise. 24hr Lawsons on ground floor. Fast WiFi. First visit checking is a bit awkward. Lobby is on level 7. Access to lift to lobby requires card. Once you know, it's a breeze. If you are being dropped off by vehicle/taxi, the actual drop off point is in the below ground car park. My taxi had trouble finding it

The hotel is outstanding. The bed is the most comfortable I've slept in and the shower feels luxurious. Everything you could possibly need is in the room, and we were upgraded when we arrived. Thanks, Oakwood Premier Tokyo! The location is perfect, right next to Tokyo Station, the main transport hub that takes you anywhere in Japan. Bonus: there’s a bus service downstairs that runs airport transfers to both Narita and Haneda Airports. The only downside was having to leave! 😥
