The overall ambience was good, hot water was available, and the staff were polite and helpful, but the bedsheet and comforter looked used and quite old.

Location is prime and easily accessible. 1. Room Facilities: The room power sockets are not working properly. 2. Cleanliness: The room has not been cleaned properly, and the dining plates at breakfast were dirty when we went to use them. 3. Front Desk Service: The receptionist was unhelpful and irresponsible. When our coffee machine stopped working, we had to walk down to the lobby to report it, but they still did nothing. 4. Breakfast Quality & Staff: The breakfast quality and hygiene were very poor. The milk added to the cornflakes was spoiled. While local dishes like puttu and kadala curry were served, the plates were dirty. Additionally, the cook was unfriendly when we asked for a properly cooked omelet

My stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience, with the breakfast offerings being a highlight. The hotel's location was also a major plus, as it allowed me to easily explore the surrounding area. However, I felt that the breakfast selection could be improved upon by including a wider variety of items. Overall, the hotel's strengths outweighed its weaknesses, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
