“Alerta para melhorias.”

Gostei do complexo e dos funcionários. A minha crítica vai mais para um alerta, pois o lugar tem. muito potencial. Cheguei na quinta às 17 e as 2 piscinas estavam sujas. Foram limpar na sexta de manhã. 1 dos aquecedores da piscina grande estava quebrado e a água da piscina ficou gelada. Na sexta na hora do almoço tinha um cara cortando grama perto da piscina e o barulho estava muito ruim e o lugar que era para descansar e relaxar não teve jeito. No jantar da noite de sexta feira acabou muitas coisas

“Muito agradável”

Overall, the hotel is very nice, beautiful, and green, all integrated together; it’s worth spending a few days with friends and family to enjoy the place. The buffet was not very diverse, too simple, and not very appealing. The recreation staff, though friendly, only did occasional activities and didn’t keep the kids engaged all the time. We’re used to other hotels that leave us at ease and let the kids have a well‑organized recreation program that smoothly transitions from one activity to another, so we could keep the kids when we wanted.

“Hotel bem arrumado e próximo a São Paulo.”

The staff were polite and helpful, the property is pretty and organized, and it’s very close to São Paulo. All areas—pool, court, playground, and restaurant—are nearby, making it easy to move around. The check‑in process is very slow with long lines. The food is weak, with little variety, confusing meal times, and low quality, especially at dinner. I also felt there were too few filtered water options, forcing you to buy the somewhat expensive bottled water.

“Satisfeita, mas necessario ajustes”

Recreation was the key point of my satisfaction. My daughters had never been at such a place before, but this time they loved it and were very well received and cared for; they even struggled to leave. The pools are advertised as heated, but at check‑in they said they were pre‑heated, and later during the stay they said they weren’t working very well. We used them very little because of that. Other than that, some maintenance was missing: torn nets, a foosball table with unevenness. Simple adjustments that are easy to fix.
