The value for money was awful and there were no facilities at all.

The location was fine, but this turned out to be the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in Sousse. The place was filthy, both pools were visibly dirty, and the food made me seriously ill, ruining my stay. The front‑desk woman was extremely rude and unhelpful, and I’ve never encountered such poor customer service. Worse, some male staff repeatedly tried to flirt with my 14‑year‑old sister, which was completely unacceptable and made us feel unsafe. After midnight, the hotel wouldn’t give us water, even though bottled water was scarce in Tunisia and hard to buy elsewhere. Cleanliness, food, staff behaviour and the overall atmosphere were all unacceptable, so I would never recommend this hotel, especially to families, and urge people to look elsewhere in Sousse.

Everything was great: the staff, rooms, breakfast, facilities, and the honesty of the team when they found my forgotten handbag and gold bracelet and returned them to me. Reception, spa coordinators, and the massage therapists were all well‑trained and welcoming. I’ll be back soon, inshallah. Nothing to complain about.
