“An amazing hotel with great views”
That stay at the other hotel was absolutely fantastic; I’ll miss it and will definitely return. The only downside was that one morning the entire hotel was shut down.

كل شيء في الهوتيل كان جميل من تعامل رائع و كذلك طعام الفطور و العشاء كان في القمة و الموقع الرائع والإطلالة الجميله. لا يوجد

The place is pretty, clean, and comfy, but it’s a bit of a hassle to get around the city if you miss the uphill bus; no one will easily take you to the station if you’re leaving early. The room phone doesn’t work, and when the front desk was asked, they just said, “It’s not working,” and fixed it. The staff could be friendlier; a little kindness would go a long way for guests from all over the world.

The location and staff are exceptional, but the evening bar is lacking.

The staff were friendly, but the bathroom looked old, the hairdryer didn’t work, the extractor fan in the bathroom was dead, and there was no airflow.
