The location is the only good thing about this place. If you don’t want to ruin your holiday, avoid it at all costs! The company managing the place, DreamAlgarve, is a bunch of liars and scammers. You’ll have to collect the keys from a different location, so forget everything you saw in the photos - you’ll be given the keys to a completely different room. The room is the size of a dog kennel, with no wardrobe or even coat hangers. If you were attracted by the promise of breakfast, forget it:) What they provide can barely be called food. Imagine a simple bread roll with, occasionally, a piece of cheese stuck inside, and sometimes it’s just bread, plus some fruit or yoghurt. That’s it. I’m not joking. There’s also no one to turn to for help with anything related to your stay, as the management company will simply ignore you until you leave. The worst place I’ve stayed at in all my 10 years using Booking
“Mala”
I liked the city of Lagos, but not this place. Maybe the only good thing was the cleanliness of the shared areas (bathrooms, kitchen, living room). I don’t recommend it, especially for seasoned travelers; it might work for first‑time travelers, but overall it’s not good. From the start, the key hand‑over was bad – you have to find it in a spot far from the property and there’s a 3‑hour pickup window. On top of that, you have to pay an extra 20 euros (!!??). In our case, both the building key and the room key had trouble opening. Luckily the taxi driver helped us, otherwise we’d have spent the first night outside, not knowing who to blame. Breakfast was awful; they provide a bag with 4 or 5 items per room – very flimsy. The room had no air conditioning, so a fan would have been acceptable, and there was no mirror.
“Cómodo y funcional”
The location is good, the kitchen is practical. The room is missing a piece of furniture and a night light.
The beach and town were right next door, which was great. The window wouldn’t shut, the door was a pain to open and I ended up standing outside for 30 minutes. I had no towel, so I used the only one I had and didn’t get another until a week later. I paid 700€ and felt very let down.
The front door lock is very hard to open.
