I’ve stayed here several times and always enjoy my visits; the room was comfortable and I liked the junior suite, the food was good, and the staff were brilliant—one even replaced a faulty bath plug. Nothing negative.

The restaurant was good, but the room was freezing cold when we arrived, there was no phone in the room to contact reception, no “room/guide” and the QR code didn’t work.
