Nothing I didn't like! From the start I received 100 % availability for my needs. The structure is stunning, spotless, welcoming, with high‑quality accessories and refined details. Nothing was missing.

The room’s modern décor was kept in good condition, but even though the staff knew our arrival time, the room was 30 °C and the air‑conditioner didn’t work. We had booked a room with two separate spaces and didn’t get that. The savory breakfast was…unpleasantly disappointing, and even the buffet items like bread and Nutella were missing.

The room was truly spacious and fragrant! The staff were super helpful and friendly. Parking was easy to find along the street, and the neighborhood was quiet. 10 out of 10.

The room was extremely dirty with torn sheets and hair in the towels. The headboard had grime stuck to it. The mattress was terribly uncomfortable and the pillows were probably worse. For the high price, the service and cleanliness were absolutely awful.
