The hotel is very close to Itami Airport—just a short walk away. One‑Dream and One‑Sweets are free, and breakfast comes with a drink that’s delivered to the room. The meals are nutritionally balanced and tasty. There are no problems. The soundproofing is solid, and the staff are cheerful, friendly, and kind.

フロントの対応が良かった、差し入れや朝食サービスも良かったし、アメニティも充実していた（まぁ元がラブホだからね）。ゆっくり休めた。外出ができて助かった。静かだった。駅も歩いて行ける範囲内だった。事前に、禁煙・喫煙かの連絡もあり良かった。大阪大学に近くて助かった！. ウォシュレットが故障していた（５０５室です） 事実上、窓が無いので時間感覚が無くなった（まぁ元がラブホだからねw） ラブホを使ったことが無い人のために、一般的なビジホとの違い（特に使い方の面で）を書いておくと良いと思う（１回部屋に入ったらなかなか出られないとかw）
