The staff were amazing – they even found another family‑friendly hotel, arranged a taxi and kept us posted on our arrival. But the neighborhood was a nightmare, with construction everywhere, so it’s definitely not family‑friendly.

The hotel is brand new and the young staff go out of their way to help – they even booked and paid for my 5:45 am taxi to the station. The downside? Most of the staff don’t speak English, so I had to rely on a translation app, but that’s pretty normal in China.
