The breakfast was decent and the dining area was clean at the time of service, but the room and bathroom weren’t cleaned during the stay, and the street nearby can be a bit hazardous.

The food was good, but the room and the overall property were very basic.

We went in expecting a simple B&B, but it surpassed our expectations: the staff were very friendly, the place spotless, it had air‑conditioning, a small gym, and a beautiful view. The breakfast selection could have included more items, like bread, eggs, or fruit.

The location was amazing, surrounded by complete peace and greenery. Even though we arrived before check‑in time and were seen on a motorcycle, the staff were very kind and prepared the room early for us. The service was truly excellent. The bathroom was a bit small but well organized, and the road from Pontremoli to the property needs improvement (hope the municipality does something).

The site was absolutely stunning, with a mountain view. The family‑run business was clean, lovely, and very welcoming. The shower was not connected to the room, so walking to the toilet in the middle of the night was uncomfortable.
