The staff were friendly, but the stay didn’t justify the price; the Wi‑Fi never worked and the intercom was useless. I celebrated my birthday there, but it wasn’t a good experience.

The property is clean and the food is good, yet the rates feel too high for the services offered. Adding food, boat, kayak, football, cricket, and lawn tennis throughout the day would help, and the approach road should be maintained to average level; otherwise a 25‑35 % price cut is needed. I hope management takes this seriously. The only downside is the river‑view location.

Our arrival was amazing; the warm welcome set the tone right away, and the buggy ride added a fun, almost royal touch to the whole experience. We stayed in the igloo room, and honestly, it felt like stepping into a little paradise wrapped in fresh greenery. Every corner opened up to sweeping green views that kept us mesmerized. The food was a treat, especially the Biscoff cheesecake—one bite and you’re already craving the next. The game room, especially the cycle, added a spark of adventure that made the day even more fun. The hospitality was on another level; it didn’t feel like a stay… it felt like home. We left with happy hearts and even happier memories. We’ll be visiting again very soon.

From the moment we arrived, the riverside setting and greenery gave the place a calm, relaxing vibe. The themed rooms were nicely designed, making our stay feel special. The staff were warm, attentive, and always helpful. The food was another highlight—every meal was fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented. Whether we were taking a morning walk, relaxing by the water, or staying indoors, every moment felt peaceful. We truly enjoyed our stay.
