The staff explained everything carefully; the breakfast offers good value, and the location is convenient. However, the room felt damp and stuffy, with the air‑conditioner barely blowing in. Some wallpaper peeled and was dirty, the bathroom drainage was poor, and there were corrosion marks.

The spot is very convenient. The provided amenities are decent, and the onsen‑style public bath was a nice extra. The staff were helpful. Late check‑out was available for a small fee, and luggage storage was free both on check‑in and check‑out days. Breakfast is free, and the shared area has a decent coffee machine. The single room was more of a semi‑enclosed cubicle with no sound‑proofing at all. I knew this from the reviews, so I expected quiet late at night, but there was constant noise from people stomping, moving luggage, and slamming doors well past midnight, only quieting after 1 AM. The flimsy doors made it hard to keep the noise down, and although there were signs asking guests to be quiet, they seemed ineffective. Maybe clearer quiet hours would help, but it’s unclear if that would make a difference. Other than that, it’s just minor issues that didn’t bother me. The AC is central, reaching rooms through the opening above the door, so temperature control is limited and may vary by room location; I was in a corner room that might have been a bit warmer, but it wasn’t too hot. Wi‑Fi in the corner room was unstable, though it worked well in shared spaces. Overall, this place offers great value for guests who are tolerant of noise or who don’t mind staying up late. For someone like me who goes to bed at 10:30 PM and prefers a quiet sleep environment, it might not be the best fit.
