The location and people were fine, but there was zero flexibility with timing even though a transfer was booked; no empathy or tolerance for delays. Meanwhile, all the nearby facilities were welcoming to my travel companions. The room had cigarette residue all over the balcony, was too simple, had no fan, and the price was exorbitant.

The hotel was very well located, had a nice shower, comfortable bed, a safe environment, and very helpful staff. I recommend it! No issues.

Malabrigo is an excellent place to relax and enjoy the sea. The food at the hotel is great and the accommodation is among the best. It would be better if they were more flexible with check‑in times; even though I asked to check in an hour early via message, they didn’t respond. This happened to me and another foreign tourist.

The location is spot‑on! Daily housekeeping with towel changes and the staff are super friendly. Everything was great.
