The air conditioning never worked, and they never cleaned the room—even in the luxury suite. Food at the restaurant was poison, and I had to wait a couple of hours for the dish.

I had a decent stay at this hotel, the location was great and the hotel itself was okay. However, I faced some issues - for two days in January, the water was cold, and despite asking the staff to fix it, no one seemed to care. I also had to request TV repairs on Friday, but unfortunately, it wasn't fixed by the time I left. Additionally, I was disappointed with the barbecue in the middle of Kakheti, with one serving being overcooked and the other being huge pork bones.

The view from this hotel was simply amazing, it was definitely a highlight of my stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, particularly the breakfast which offered a diverse and healthy selection of local traditional dishes. The hotel's location was spectacular, boasting a picturesque view of the Alazani Valley, and it was conveniently situated near the historic Abkhazi Property.
