Able to change room and leave our luggage. Toilet smell and water flow issue. No wifi after 12am

The location is strategic, the food is good and the service is good. The bathroom needs to be cleaned more.

There are many eating places outside the hotel. Inside the rooms the arrangement is poor—no view, just a wall view even though there are windows in the room.

The location and the area are near many malls, eateries and places of interest. There was a fee of INDR 209 k for early check‑in; the room they gave me smelled like sewers, was humid and had a wet‑carpet stench. The lady checked the room and confirmed a change to another, which had a faulty fridge, bad power points and unusable Wi‑Fi. The staff were not particularly service‑conscious; they made remarks such as “if you’re lazy, we can send the food to your room” and said the restaurant was just at this corner and you could pay by card or cash, only to find out the eatery only accepts cash.
