The bed was fine, but everything else was disappointing. They initially misled us on the price; after we unpacked and returned after dinner to settle the bill, they told us the rate was 160 instead of 140. The pastel walls were spotted, the shower cabin was broken, the toilet was rusty, and there was grime on the bathroom shelves—overall the rooms were old and unpleasant. For the same price we found brand‑new, beautiful apartments elsewhere.

The owner’s kindness was appreciated, but she speaks very little English, so communication was limited. Also, the house was converted into a guest‑house, so nothing was truly practical: the rooms didn’t close properly, and you had to bother the owner to heat water, etc. Still, it was a pleasant stay, though it could frustrate some guests.

The host was super attentive and friendly, always ready to help. Because the house is very old, the walls are thick and the Wi‑Fi signal is weak; you have to stay on the side of the door to get a decent connection.

Cico is a lovely host—always smiling! The place isn’t super clean, especially the bathroom.

Bike‑friendly and conveniently close to the center. The hostess is very friendly, and you can stay in an authentic Georgian house.
