The staff were friendly and the breakfast was decent; the setting is pleasant with cafés, bars, and a view over a lovely square, and the bed was comfortable with good bedding. The lift was broken, and although we received a free breakfast as compensation, it would have helped if someone had assisted us with carrying our bags to the 3rd floor.
