The property sits on a hill after a forest, surrounded by nature but isolated; getting there requires a fairly steep climb on a narrow, gravelly road, but it is manageable, especially with an SUV. The farmhouse spreads over 2–3 blocks. Unfortunately, it feels rather gloomy and cold, the radiators were inadequate, and we couldn’t turn on the air‑conditioners because there were no remotes. It’s quite dark because it shares a wall with another building. The environment looks less old and more chilly, utterly unwelcoming. There was no television, which would have helped make the stay less cold for the kids. We stayed there only to sleep. Breakfast wasn’t available during our period. We’re sure there were better rooms; perhaps we were unlucky.

What a breakfast! From 17 to 19 September 2025 we were the only guests – I repeat the only – in the whole property. No pool, no restaurant, no television, no mosquito nets. The access road is dangerous, especially downhill. Payment was made in advance, and we were abandoned for 48 hours… The supposedly beautiful place… is comparable to many other spots in Italy. To dispose of trash you must walk 1.5 km; we left it in the property with the owner's permission.
