The cottage itself is built in Maori style, and the hosts were extremely kind and friendly, giving us a pleasant chat with explanations about Maori culture.

The host were lovely. Walking to the beach is easy. The place is nice and quiet.

The hosts were very friendly, offering welcoming drinks and nibbles, plus homemade jams and chutney. The cottage in Ohope is well positioned, very clean and comfortable.
