The reception staff were unhelpful, the location was hard to reach, the indoor pool had cold water, and they didn’t give us the attention we needed for several requests. I booked an apartment but was handed a cheap chalet instead. I don’t recommend the breakfast; the hot juice was just tap water, it tasted like tea, and there was almost no variety. The pool bar was closed and the pool itself was dirty.

The space is decent, but every facility feels abandoned with critical maintenance issues—pool, restaurant, outdoor area, and the rooms all show the same neglect.

In the room we were assigned, the shower, air‑conditioner, and mini‑fridge didn’t work, one bed’s frame was broken and wobbled, and the receptionist was indifferent. I had to cancel and find another place for my family.

The value for money was acceptable, yet the place was dusty, the sheets were loose on the beds, and the corner felt uncomfortable; it definitely needs a facelift.

The hotel’s proximity to the bus station and its solid structure make it convenient, and the breakfast is excellent. The only downside is that the game room and the pig pen could use a cleaner.
