The staff were amazing—so nice, helpful, and accommodating. The food at the restaurant was really good, and the entertainment was outstanding. I wish they had an airport shuttle service.

The setting was great. The room was supposed to have a garden view, but they gave me a claustrophobic room instead.

I loved everything about everything. The only issue was that there was no hot water the first night, but they fixed it the next day. Nothing else—it was beautiful. I've known this hotel since 1992, have fond memories, and plan to make more.

Hotel Lanai was exceptionally beautiful and we loved having a great restaurant in the building that offered live music, fresh food and great company
