The location was perfect, offering a panoramic view of Central Park, and local restaurants didn't disappoint; however, the hotel feels dated and overdue for an update, and the decor in the room might not blow you away—cornice peeling from the ceiling—though the room itself was clean and very comfortable.

The staff were personable and genuinely wanted me to enjoy my stay, which was awesome! The showers, however, were the most confusing I've ever used, and the property feels a bit dated.

La ubicación sin lugar a dudas. El servicio, el hotel se ve viejo, nos cambiaron de habitación, por un tema de tubería tapada en el baño… la segunda habitación, el AA de la habitación no funcionaba, el personal tardó 24 horas para resolver el problema. Muy lamentable y mal rato

Location. Very good breakfast. Very good staff at breakfast. Rooms need renovation. This is not a 5 star condition in the rooms. The curtain rod was broken and left against the window. The shade was rolled up all crumpled and I requested for someone to come and fix it. Paint is coming off from the walls. The mattress of the bed was propped on some kind of black boxsprings that did not fit the frame. The bed was not as shown on the photos on their site and instagram. Even worse was the airconditioning. It is so loud I had to wear earplugs to sleep. I switched it to OFF but it still wouldn't stop. For some reason the hotel does not provide slippers in the room. I requested a room change but I never heard from the hotel. On my arrival I took my luggage to the room myself, there was no assistance
