“El peor hotel de la historia a precio de oro”

The only somewhat good thing at the hotel was a young woman who tried to do things somewhat well, but the rest of the staff were unhelpful. Lies from the start, bad faces, trying to extort money for everything… The three longest days in history. Everything went wrong from the day before my arrival when I noticed through comments that the pool was under construction, which was the first photo advertised; when I asked, they said sorry and that the money would not be refunded. The room fell apart, all furniture was broken, the shower had mold, hallways were full of animal droppings, the stairs were half‑finished, doors had impossible locks, kitchen staff had bad attitudes and wouldn't even give me a spoon for coffee, a taxi network around tried to scam me constantly, and the worst was that they threw parties on weekends and literally you couldn't even talk in the room because of the volume they turned up. All this for a large amount of money charged by the hotel. And don't even mention the location. It's a neighborhood where you don't feel safe, locals tell you the same, you walk around and notice everyone looking at you with bad faces, very far from the center. FIND ANY BETTER PLACE THAN THIS. We would have preferred to sleep on the beach.

The place was very cool, very clean, the people who attended us were excellent, highly recommended. We missed the pool, but it's understandable they're renovating; I guess it's to improve.

The apartment was very comfortable and the service excellent. It is a bit far from the center.
