I had to change hotels because the mattress was soaked in urine, and when we arrived at 23:00 we couldn't get any rest.
The location is very good, just five minutes to Ca D'Oro. The mattress was far too soft and the bed was very narrow. From 5:30 am it gets very noisy outside with garbage collection and various transport trucks carrying large handcarts for hours. Sleeping through is only possible with very good earplugs.

The location was acceptable, but the room was very dusty and unclean, which triggered severe dust allergy attacks during my stay. The shared bathroom was unhygienic.

The place was very comfortable, just a short walk from the vaporetto stop that makes it easy to reach Murano. The staff were helpful and quick to respond to requests. The nearby fruit and vegetable market and the shop that opens early mean you can hear goods being moved around. There is only one shared bathroom – a toilet – so when other guests are showering the toilet is no longer usable.
The accommodation is ideally located, but the bathroom was dirty and I wanted a double room; instead I only received twin beds even though we were traveling as a couple.
