Location. The room was in poor condition: a plug didn’t charge, the air conditioner was barely noticeable, and we kept sweating despite the temperature. A person with low blood pressure was with us and we were not allowed to enter the “portal/hall” to sit and at least shield ourselves from the heat. We had to pay an extra 20€ to enter the room early. We walked four floors to the room while carrying a sick person. Ants were in our room.

I spent a day with my family here and it turns out to be a decent hostel for the price, clean and cozy, though the location could be better.

Nothing to say. The staff who contacts you via WhatsApp is extremely rude, disrespectful, and writes to guests as if we paid with Coke bottles, a very ill-mannered bunch.
