“It was ok stay”
When we arrived, the receptionist on night shift—her name escapes me—was incredibly kind and flashed the best smile we could ask for, even though she was leaving at 8 am after a long shift. She truly had a heart of gold. During dinner, one waiter was spot-on, but another short woman with an attitude seemed like a trainee, ignoring our questions and giving tired back‑and‑forth looks. The breakfast server that came last was fantastic. On our first night, a mosquito that wasn’t dealt with during the turndown service distracted us; we had to request a Do‑not‑mosquito spray. In room 109, the toilet had no seat cover; when we asked, maintenance said they’d forgotten to replace it. The bathroom also had mold that needed cleaning.
