I liked the food, it was delicious. The place was quiet for rest. The staff should offer drinks and snacks at the pools and/or pavilions, a service that other hotels I’ve stayed at provide, so you can get a drink or snack without having to get up and ask. Oh! And there were hammocks.

The staff were attentive and friendly, the rooms were clean, in good condition, and fully functional. The pools were clean, the food was very tasty. Overall I liked the hotel a lot and it will be our first choice for the next visit to Casitas, Veracruz.

The concept, meaning its overall construction, is fine. The AC was insufficient, the Wi‑Fi stopped working at 21:00, and I arrived at 17:00. Several blocks of dirt roads to access it. The coffee maker didn’t work.
