Check‑in staff were very helpful and the ladies at the breakfast and dinner tables were very patient, especially with the many school kids and skiers. The room was simple but very spacious, with a balcony. The hotel’s location is beautiful, and the area is pristine.

The hotel staff were very courteous, gave reliable local information, and the 15‑meter pool and Turkish sauna were great. The location is excellent—just a 10‑minute drive to Maso Corto. The town of Madonna del Senales is nice, with a museum about the discovery of Ötzi. Guest cards allow free bus rides, and parking at Maso Corto costs 6 Euro per day.

We had to pay €20 per night for our dog, yet there was no bowl, snacks, or toys provided, making the total €140 feel excessive and the pet seemed tolerated more than welcomed; the breakfast was simple and monotonous, the same each day with no variety.
