“Buen hotel y buena ubicación pero no reserven las habitaciones con vista al mar, son una farsa”

The location was excellent, the rooms were comfortable, and the weather was great because the heat outside was incredible. My room had a terrace that was superb, especially when it started raining and we enjoyed a nice time outside. The reservation promised a “sea view,” but it was only a partial view, not even a side view, and the view was reduced by 85% due to restaurants and bars with roofs between the hotel and the sea. So I basically paid for a view of a small front square. If that’s all you care about, rent a different room or a cheaper hotel. In my case, it wasn’t worth the investment just for that, knowing there’s a half‑price option a block away. The internet was terrible, the TV never connected despite being smart, and my devices couldn’t connect. Because the hotel faces the square, locals love blasting music loudly and revving motorcycles—watch out for that.

The only good thing was the location. The staff were unhelpful, the rooms didn’t work properly, they smelled bad, towels were torn and stained, there was no Wi‑Fi, they said they’d check it but never came to tell you it was broken, so you have to chase them yourself. I think the price could justify better service, at least.

“Excelente trato”

The location was great. The price felt high, especially since it was the start of the week and there was no pool available for all guests.
