The facilities are very good and the room is top‑clean, but the reception was odd—booking directly would have been cheaper! There was almost no eye contact, the staff seemed uninterested in guests, and during dinner they didn’t ask how you wanted your steak or if it tasted good.

The location is very good outside the city centre, connected to public transport. The room was quiet, well‑equipped, and clean. We could park our bikes right at the hotel. We dined there immediately, which was a good choice. Breakfast offered a decent selection, and the staff were very friendly.

Everything was simply great! We were extremely satisfied with our room, our bikes were safely stored, dinner at the restaurant was super tasty, the breakfast area was bright and had all the food we needed. All staff radiated friendliness! We had nothing to complain about.

A very nice hotel with very friendly staff from service to housekeeping to bar/restaurant employees. Plenty of free parking directly at the hotel, no reservation needed. The hotel’s décor impressed us with beautiful old gates, display cases, secretaries, and sofa lounges in the corridors, and there is also an elevator. I was pleased to find a bathtub in the room. The location is superb, as the Niedersachsenhalle is only a 5–10 minute walk away, and the city center is just a hop, with plenty of parking and a truly beautiful, worth‑seeing downtown. Especially for the horse fans among us. The room and the whole hotel were tidy and clean. There was a small bed pillow that my daughter loved! Snacks and ice cream can be bought anytime at the reception. Dining in the hotel’s restaurant and a cozy evening at the bar are also possible. Breakfast was tasty, and it’s great that it opens at 6:00 on weekdays and 7:00 on weekends, perfect for early risers! The rolls were very tasty! The cold cuts and other items had a bit of everything, and there was filtered coffee in a pot at the table – enough for me, I don’t need a full‑automatic machine. At the bar there’s also one, and perhaps you can get another coffee on request. I can only recommend the delicious tea.
